Basic Life Support Hands-on skills
Heart Code (BLS) is a blended learning option where students can take the AHA online education to be completed at their convenience. Once completed, students will contact a LifeFirstCPR instructor to complete the in-person skills session in order to receive a BLS Provider card.

Advisor-BLS Course
Instructor-led Basic Life Support (BLS) course can be completed via virtual or in a more traditional classroom environment. This gives students the ability to ask questions while learning in one easy course. This course is specifically designed for disabled individuals who complete the Heartcode portion, but are unable to complete the psychomotor skills session. The Advisor-BLS option lets the student verbally guide a rescuer in achieving high quality CPR. This option offers a BLS card and not a BLS Provider card. Please make sure that your employer accepts this option before scheduling.
Heart Code (BLS) is a blended learning option where students can take the AHA online education to be completed at the students convenience. Once completed, students will contact a LifeFirstCPR instructor to complete the in-person skills session, but will be performed by a different rescuer while providing verbal guidance.
